Who is eligible and how to participate?
If your company, credit union, trade organization or association is currently enrolled as a participant with Winner Corporate Relocation please contact your personal director, loan officer or association administrator for an enrollment application.

If your company, credit union, trade organization or association is not an enrolled member please contact us directly at 1-800-Win-Relo and ask for Steve Winner or by email at SteveWinner@WinRelo.Com and our affinity move manager will contact you to determine your organizations eligibility. This program is not designed for everyone but has flexible benefits. Our affinity manager will evaluate your organizations needs and put together a proposal that should be mutually beneficial. Certain criteria must be adhered to.

What are the benefits?
Significant cash rebates, frequent flier points and credits at Home Depot, Lowes Hardware and Sears are just a few of the affinity benefits available. Your organizations cash value benefits are directly related to their level of enrollment . To determine the amount of eligibility please refer to your enrollment booklet. Again, if your organization is not enrolled and would like to participate in this program please have them contact us to determine eligibility.

But there must be a catch right?
 (of course, there always is!)

Additional Criteria ...If...!
You must register with our affinity move manager before contacting any realtors or referral networks. This is very important. If another company or network is contacted it would jeopardized your benefits.

If you have already listed your home, have a brokerage agreement or executed sales contract with any outside company... it’s too late!

If your contract is with Winner Realty prior to enrollment you would not be able to participate. In some cases an exception might be made at the sole discretion of Winner Corporate Relocation.

If your company is paying or reimbursing you for real estate services you are not eligible to participate.

If any outside third party relocation network, company or broker other than Winner Corporate Relocation an/or it’s affiliates is contacted prior to enrollment...you’re not eligible.
